This very enjoyable 6 week course introduces you to a simple form of Mindfulness Meditation and also Guided Visualisation. You will learn to relax and take yourself into Meditation, easily and effortlessly, and gain all the proven benefits that this can bring. By the end of this course you will be able to practice Meditation on your own, to enhance health, well-being and enjoyment of all aspects of your life.
